Terms for using Rank.st and buying paid placement.

What you buy
A confirmed payment adds its stated bid amount to one listing on its product or video board. Placement depends on competing bids at the time payment confirms. It is paid promotion, not an independent recommendation. We do not promise a fixed rank, duration at a rank, traffic, conversions, revenue, or platform video views.
Who may submit
Adults may list a public destination or pay to raise an existing one, including as a supporter. Paying for another person’s listing does not give you ownership or editorial control. Provide accurate details and do not impersonate the owner, infringe rights, or knowingly promote unsafe or unlawful material. We may hide a listing while reviewing a report.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store full card numbers. A rank appears after payment confirmation. Being outranked or receiving fewer clicks than hoped does not by itself create a refund. If our service fails to publish a compliant paid listing, contact us for a remedy or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Moderation
We may reject or hide a listing that breaks these terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or cannot be safely promoted. A hidden listing leaves the public board and outbound redirects. We review reports and payment disputes case by case. Do not manipulate traffic, bids, referrals, or the submission service.
Third-party destinations
Listed sites and videos are operated by others. We display their public titles, descriptions, logos, and thumbnails to identify a destination. A listing is not our endorsement of its claims. If you own a destination or rights and object to its appearance, send its listing URL and the reason to Support contact to be added before launch.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The rules displayed at checkout govern that payment except where law or a safety issue requires a change. We will post an updated date when these pages change.
